Established in 2018, M. BULLARD AND COMPANY is a company that provides commercial real estate services. Our expertise is in managing and coordinating real estate transactions. We believe that each transaction should be treated as a project and each project must start and end with proper project management. We exercise care and structure in researching details. We help clients concentrate on their day-to-day operations while we take care of the transactions related to the project. We strive to consistently provide clients with professional, knowledgeable, and dependable service.
Ed Lee with Capital Properties Group and Michael Bullard first started working together through a consulting relationship that Ed has with Michael’s former employer (an Atlanta based commercial real estate company). Ed and Michael worked together on numerous commercial real estate matters for nearly 10 years. In 2020 Ed and Michael decided to continue their established relationship by combining their years of experience and knowledge to form a professional team.
