Leadership

In 1986 Michael graduated from Tennessee State University (School of Engineering, B.S. Industrial Arts and Technology, minor in Technical Aeronautics). Michael was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1987 Michael began his career in industrial facility management as a communications dispatcher and later an airport inspector at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. As an airport inspector, Michael received advanced training in facility management and in managing very complex projects. Michael’s first private venture development was a 5,000 sq. ft. building built in 1990 as part of the Southwest Atlanta Revitalization Project. Following this venture, Michael continued his career in management focusing on business development. For seventeen years he was the operations manager for an Atlanta-based commercial real estate company. Managing the day-to-day operations and managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
 

In 2018 Michael began working full-time for M. BULLARD AND COMPANY.
 

Michael is a devoted Christian, husband, and father. He has a passion for civic work and for helping others.
